Fully Guided Whitetail Deer Hunt

Manitoba produces a lot of huge whitetail bucks. Our typical record is over 197 inches, that's a little off the world record. We'll beat it very soon, that's our goal!
Besides, whitetail deer in our specific hunting area are large bodied with typical type large racks. It is not uncommon to harvest bucks weighing 250 plus pounds scoring 150+ inches. Our territory is located in an area that also boosts the highest deer densities in the province. You will hunt 11,320 acres of prime whitetail deer country located in an area known as the Lauder Sandhills.
This picturesque country is primarily agricultural with sand hills
and large tracts of aspen forest interspersed throughout with the Souris River. This terrain allows bucks to grow to maturity, and in turn has resulted in a high buck-to-doe ratio. For a province approximately the size of the state of Texas, Manitoba has only 3000 bowhunters meaning that during the bow season there is essentially zero hunting pressure. We have over 25 portable tree-stands, 10 permanent and several ground blinds placed in carefully scouted location to give our bowhunters the best possible opportunities for success. Typically, our archers see an average of 40 whitetail under their stands during their hunt. More deer seen results in more opportunities to harvest a trophy. Unlike most other outfitters in Canada, we guide only 4 to 6 archers per week in order to provide more personal and better service for you.. Fully Licensed Camp Our bow-only hunting camp is fully licensed by the Manitoba Government to operate as a Full Service Outfitter 3D Practice Range We have a 24 shot archery target course with 3D targets, broadhead butts and bag targets to which you will have unrestricted access. Comfortable Hunting Lodge You will be staying in a three bedroom cottage located right in the hunting area. Hunting around here is usually a matter of falling out of bed and crawling into your stand. Some days you don't have to go much further than the front door to see game. We do not over crowd the lodge, allowing no more than 2 hunters per room (take a look inside). The cottage has all the comforts of home, making hunting much more enjoyable considering that many outfitters in this area use tent camps for their clients. |

Waterfowl Hunting After you tagged your trophy buck, we will take you hunting for our abundant waterfowl during their migration back South. We have tons of Canadian geese and ducks. Fresh from the great northern wilderness, most of those flocks have never seen a hunter before, and respond well to our calls. The birds land near our decoys without much hesitation. It's a dream location for any bird hunter. Be sure to bring a good shotgun and plenty of ammunition. |
